Alstrong is a modern industrial enterprise of the Alutech group of companies. The main activity of the enterprise is high pressure casting of aluminum alloys with further polyester powder coating. Alstrong manufactures:

Presently the enterprise has some separate production complexes to produce components and accessories for roller shutters, sectional garage and industrial doors including melting-molding complexes.

Alstrong has automatic die casting machines like IDRA OLK-802 and ITALPRESSE IP550 SC produced by leading Italian manufactures.
Die casting machines equipped with dosing units made by GAUSS, STP, oven control system by REGLOPLAS, lubrification system by WOLLIN, STP, with an ABB robot that transfers cast parts, cooling towers and trimming press made by ITALPRESSE, TECHNOPRESS. Radiant burner’s furnaces FERGAL are used as smelting equipment.

POLYESTER POWDER COATING

Alstrong has a high technology horizontal powder coating production line.
Main features of powder coating:

• Automatic polyester powder coating chamber by NORDSON
• Chromless antirust coating technology by WURSTER
• Fast colors change system (within 15 minutes)
• Automatic control temperature and polymerization processes
• High efficiency of powder coating

Maximal length of a coated product is 7 m.

Complete automation manufacturing allows to process without operator‘s interference which improves powder coating quality and reduces the risk of defects.

Powders by leading European manufactures are used for powder coating. The quality of powder used in Alstrong is certified by Qualicoat.
